Firstly I'd like to say welcome to PengNet, I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay here, have lots of fun and meet some new friends. Here at PengNet we offer top notch service, with plenty of fun filled and productive features!
PengNet is a online forum community bassed around the online game Club Penguin, because of the age group this forum is catered to we have strict rules. Failure to comply with anyone of the rules below may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the PengNet community, we also have a state of the art warning system.

1. No Adult Material
PengNet does not tolerate any type of adult material. Adult Material may include but is not limited to: 1. Pornographic Pictures, 2. Foul Language, 3. Horror books/movies/games.
Penalty: Permanent Ban

2. No Foul Language
PengNet does not tolerate foul language. PengNet has a very detailed filter system designed to keep out foul language however it is possible to get around it.
Penalty: Warning

3. No Hacking Discussion
Hacking Discussion is prohibited on all of PengNets sites. Hacking Discussion is an offence taken very seriously on PengNet. It is up to the moderators to define what is hacking discussion.
Penalty: 24 hour ban

3. No Flaming
PengNet will not tolerate users fighting or harassing each other. Please keep arguments to the chat box or private messaging system. Remember when flaming through chat box or private messages to obey all rules.
Penalty: Warning

4. No Spam
Spam = Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. Please do not spam on this forum, Spam may also include posting a thread or post more then once.
Penalty: Warning

5. No advertising
Please do not advertise on PengNet, unless you are advertising through your signature or the advertising section.
Penalty: Warning

6. Respect
Please respect all of the staff members and fellow users. Treat people the way you want to be treated
Penalty: Will be decided according to action

7. No Second Accounts
Please do not create a second account on the PengNet forum. Creating a second account will result in all but your main account being deleted/banned.
Penalty: Banning of second accounts
